Westshore Enforcement Bureau Bomb Squad

Officer Jason Carman who is the Bomb Technician

One officer each from the Police Departments from the Westshore communities of Westlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, North Olmsted and Rocky River serve as bomb technicians for the Hazardous Devices Unit. These officers are called on to investigate suspicious packages or devices. All bomb squad officers have received advanced training at the Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.
